Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County – February 25th 2014
Dear Dancer,
Once again Carla’s Dance Party at the Weed Ale and Bistro (aka Mt. Shasta Brewing co.) was a great success, lots of Swing Dancing, the Night Club Two Step was reviewed and more was learned, and other dances were requested and played. This is going to be a regular function the 3rd Friday night of each month, so plan to come next time (March 21st) and enjoy yourselves. Carla throws a fine bash.
Other than that, no new news. If you were a gnu, you wouldn’t know that, because not only did no gnu know news, no gnu knew new news. So we offer this information to any would-be gnus out there as a public service.
Oh, and once again the Saturday morning Technique Class will be held at the Rec Center (main lodge) in Mt. Shasta Park instead of the Dudes and Daisies this week. We should be back in the Dudes and Daisies by March 8th, but we will let you know in next week’s newsletter (at which point it will actually be new news).
See you on the dance floor.
p.s. our relevant links section has been moved to the bottom of the newsletter where it is still accessible.
