Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – March 31st 2015
Dear All,
A few differences this week…
Due to the Mt. Shasta Park Easter Egg Hunt (which requires specially trained hounds and horses, buglers, wranglers and bunniers -not to be mistaken for “bunny ears”), we will not be able to hold our Saturday morning Technique class in the park on the 4th. So (and I use the word loosely), we will be holding a special Waltz Technique Workshop on Friday night in lieu of our usual practice party and lesson.
You will learn Waltz steps and how to do them more smoothly and elegantly (which will make them that much more enjoyable). Then there will be open dancing in order to practice your new skills as well as enjoy other dances. Come join us. We guarantee a good time. (Times and location listed below).
Also, you will notice that this week we are teaching Tango on both Tuesday night and Wednesday night. That is because Tuesday night is the last day in March, and Wednesday is the first day in April, so all of the dances will have rotated to their next month’s slot which puts Tango in twice. So no, it’s not a typo, it is the luck of the draw and it will happen again between June and July. Don’t forget.
See you there.
HAPPY EASTER!
