Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – July 28th 2015

Dear All,

So we are back at the Dudes and Daisies Building in Mt. Shasta Park this week after a fabulous class at the McCloud Dance Hall last Saturday.  But we will have just as much fun here.

Since August is a five Saturday month, we decided to do two to three sessions of Viennese Waltz this month and then round out the rest of the month by continuing with the standard Waltz unless there is a ground swell of protest in favor of continuing with the Viennese.  We will leave it up to you.  Come and let us know.

This is the last week for the Cha-cha, but the Swing and Bolero will move up a day (and a level) in August and we will be introducing the Samba in the beginning class on Tuesday nights.

What’s that?  You say you wish there was an aerobic Ballroom Dance?  You say you wish there was a Ballroom Dance that will whittle your waistline down to wasp-like proportions?  You say you wish you had the calves of a Highlander?  Well, if you find yourself numbered among the vast majority of people who have dearly wished for each and all of these three things, then the Samba is the dance for you!   Come learn to dance the exotic Samba and find a surprising extra level of fitness as well!

See You There.
