Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – August 4th 2015
Dear All,
We are excited to be starting the Samba this week on Tuesday night. If there is one Ballroom Dance that is also a superior form of exercise, it is the Samba. It will tighten up the Oblique Abs, develop your endurance and strengthen your legs like no other dance. All of this whilst simply dancing! Join us and see the difference.
And for those of you who want a more romantic dance, the sensuous Bolero on Wednesday night is the dance for you. A cross between the Rumba and Waltz, the Bolero is just the dance to learn with that special someone (or for that eventual special someone!).
Finally, on Thursdays, come learn more advanced steps of the Swing. A challenge for the mind, body and spirit.
And in an AIR-CONDITIONED environment. Remember AIR-CONDITIONING? Stay cool while working up a sweat. Life just doesn’t get any better.
See You There.
