Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – May 24th 2016
Dear All,
Well, we all had a great time at the McCloud Dance Hall last Saturday. The huge size of the hall allowed us to stretch out our winter-bound muscles and really move the Quickstep out. It gave us a chance to really put a “Spring” in our (Quick) step. A good time was had by each and all.
And speaking of having a good time, don’t forget that Tony and Terry are having their 25th Wedding Anniversary party with dancing (Ballroom Dancing!) this Saturday (May 28th) and that they have generously opened the doors to the entire dancing community and invited them (us all -the opposite of you all) to join them.
Festivities (with a capital F! -and not just because it started the sentence!) begin at 7:00 pm at the Shasta Park Dance Hall (formerly the Dudes and Daisies lodge) and will go for two or three hours, depending on how long all of you manage to stay on your feet.
So those of you who have complained that there is no social venue to try out your new skills, this is it! This is your chance to hit the floor and kick up those heels or twinkle those toes or both!!! Come help Tony and Terry celebrate their 25th year together and together we can launch them on their next 25years with dancing. We can think of no better way.
See You There.
