Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – September 3rd 2018
Dear All,
Thanks to all of you (you all? Y’All?) the Tuesday night Waltz class at COS is a go. There is still room and it’s not too late to join, so those of you who were desperately wanting to take the Waltz class but were hesitant to commit until you knew it was a sure thing, now (“now” being Tuesday the 4th at 6:30 pm) would be a good time to stampede the classroom and join us. The more the merrier (and it’s already a pretty merry crowd . . . so the morer the merrierer) we always say.
At this point, the best course of action would be to come to class and sign up there. Looking forward to seeing you there.
Or if Salsa is more your thing, we are currently accepting enrollment for the COS Salsa class which will commence on October 9th (the very week after the Waltz class concludes). The registration information for the Salsa class follows:
Course number 7371 – XFW 0311-01, Tuesdays, 10/2/2018 -11/13/2018, 6:30pm -8:30 pm at the Yreka campus (2001 Campus Drive) in room 7.
Then, because our Tuesday night instruction at The Wellness Center has been disrupted by our Tuesday night instruction at COS, we are turning our Wednesday night class into Beginners night. This coming Wednesday (9/5) we will be introducing Swing/Jive to the beginning class.
Come join us for a lively time and quality instruction in this truly American dance. It’s fun, it’s exciting, it’s aerobic, it’s relatively simple (see what I did there? I slipped “aerobic” into the middle of the good stuff so that you wouldn’t catch on that it’s good for you, too!).
So, come join us on which-ever day for which-ever dance most tickles your fancy! We shall bring all of our best fancy-tickling paraphernalia and accoutrements to make sure each and every one of you has his or her fancy well and truly tickled.
Oh, and happy Labor Day.
Be seeing you.
