Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – December 3rd 2018
Dear Dancers,
A New Dance commences this Tuesday (12/4) at the Wellness Center:
Beginning Cha-Cha. Come learn the basic steps of this lively dance and Cha-cha your way to warmth on these cha-cha-cha-chilly nights.
And best of all, the Cha-cha will continue in January by moving to Wednesdays and adding more steps until February, when the Cha-cha will move to Thursday and add even more steps. Why, that’s almost to Spring and the return of warmth!
You could Cha-cha the chills away all winter long at a fraction of the cost of a cord of wood or the equivalent amount of monitor heater fuel! And it’s easier on the environment! So come join us on Tuesdays.
And the Wednesday night class is going to do a few more sessions of Swing mixed with some (for the first time ever!) Country Two-Step in case you get invited to any Country-themed Christmas parties. It is sure to be an experience so come experience it.
Finally (almost), the Thursday night Waltz class just keeps getting better all the time, for those of you who are a little more advanced (and even some of you who aren’t). The Waltz is the most Christmassy of the dances (which is one of the reasons we are giving it an extra month) and you will even get the chance to do it at that Country-themed Christmas party you have been invited to!
And finally finally, we are once again offering our Holiday Gift Certificates so that you can share all of the fun you have been having with family, friends and your varied associates. And, what the heck, if you haven’t been having fun, get some for your enemies. In either case, you will sleep better at night, and there just isn’t a price tag for that.
Pricing information may be found immediately below (Fort Jones pricing may be found in the Fort Jones section of this newsletter).
So come dance, come share the joy of dancing and we wish Happy Holidays to all!
Be seeing you.

Developing these basic skills will improve your performance in not just this dance, but in all the dances by giving you more control over your balance, timing, power and expression. And that is just too much fun to miss out on! So, what say you give it a try? Eh?
