Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – June 21st 2022
Dear All,
Yes, Virginia, there is a dance class this Wednesday (Country Two Step) and Thursday (Cha-cha). Busy busy during the day, teaching at CoS this week so it’s a bare-bones newsletter . . . actually little more than a reassurance to Virginia and everyone else that classes will still happen this week.
Times listed below and We (that would be the royal “we”, meaning “I” {and not the hospital “we” meaning “you” [as in “have we had our BM yet?”]}). (Ha! Another triple parenthetical clause; and in as many weeks, too! Would that make me a genius? A low, low bar but what the hell? It seems that all the bars have been set so very low these days) . . . to continue . . . and We look forward to seeing you all in classes again this week.

p.s. We have relaxed Mask Protocols.. We will encourage the un-vaccinated to do what you feel is best for yourselves and will happily don our own masks when dealing with you specifically should you so desire. Otherwise, we are all on our own, now, as so-called adults should be. Make your decisions accordingly but make them based on real information. Don’t be afraid to wear them, but don’t feel that you must.
p.p.s. What do you call it when The Lone Ranger takes you out for dinner and a movie? A “masked man date”!
