Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – September 26th 2022
Dear All,
First week of Autumn, last week of September and once again I am fresh out of funny (I can hear the vast chorus of “So what’s new, Rick!?” resounding over the hills) so just a short, quick information-driven newsletter this week. Deeper into Autumn, when the autumn weather has recharged my batteries, I will be able to resume the buffoonery (chorus of groans).
Come for the last class of Salsa and fortify what you have learned and get your last dose of turning and spinning steps this Wednesday night.
Then/Or come to the last Thursday night class of Foxtrot and learn some of the fun American style Foxtrot steps, with underarm turns, open work (flip-flops, grapevines and other open work figures) to round out your Foxtrot repertoire.
Fun for all and all for fun! I guess we will have to start calling all of you Dancequateers. Don’t miss out on this latest development. It will greatly enhance your own!

p.s. We have relaxed Mask Protocols.. We will encourage the un-vaccinated to do what you feel is best for yourselves and will happily don our own masks when dealing with you specifically should you so desire. Otherwise, we are all on our own, now, as so-called adults should be. Make your decisions accordingly but make them based on real information. Don’t be afraid to wear them, but don’t feel that you must.
p.p.s. What do you call it when The Lone Ranger takes you out for dinner and a movie? A “masked man date”!
