Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – January 29th 2018
Dear All,
Well, it is that time of the month again, when we kiss the old month good-bye. The good news is that we don’t need to kiss any of the dances we have been doing in January good-bye (except the Samba; you can kiss that one good-bye) as the Salsa will move to Wednesday night and pick up from where it left off on Tuesdays and the Night Club Two Step will move to the Thursday class and continue from where the Wednesday class cuts off.
In fact, the Night Club Two Step will finish its January run this Wednesday and commence its February run THE VERY NEXT NIGHT, this very Thursday! We call weeks where this happens “Immersion Therapy Week”. So, come and immerse yourselves.
And even though the Saturday Technique class is labelled “International Waltz II” it is still open to beginners, since everyone works at his or her own level in this class. So, don’t let the “II” dismay you. You will still get to work at your own best level.
Small change to the COS schedule. It went from a 5 week class to a 6 week class (yippee! One more week of dancing!). The change is noted in the COS registration info listed below (which has been repeated for your convenience just beyond the “Cheers.”).
Be seeing you (in class).
Cheers.
And don’t forget, those of you who might be interested: sign up now for the series that we will be teaching in Yreka in February. Or just come to the first day of class and sign up then. Pertinent information:
