Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – June 11th 2018
Dear All,
We’re baaack again! Sorry to have missed last Saturday’s Technique Class but we did get some fun new steps for you and some fun variations on steps you already know! Be sure to attend classes so you may be introduced to them (Class . . ., Fun New Steps. Fun New Steps . . ., Class).
The people in the Tuesday night Tango class had a great time last week. It is not too late to join us as we will be reviewing those first few steps that were taught before adding another step or two. Come see what all the shouting is about (or, if you live in Canada, what all the shooting is aboot).
The Fort Jones class Nightclub 2 Step will be meeting this Friday and is still at a beginning enough of a level for new comers (as well as previously absent old hands) to join it. Everyone there is having a great time, too, so come join the cabaret, my friend.
And the Saturday class is back on track this weekend. Since everyone works at their own level in this class, beginners are always welcome to join at anytime and old hands (or should that be “old feet”?) will always benefit from attending.
Enrich your lives by joining us & learning new skills & developing new talents. Who knows, there may be a hidden Fred Astaire or a secret Ginger Rogers buried deep inside any one of you just waiting for a few classes to release him or her from your inner depths to burst into the world, freeing up a whole new sense of joy & wonder for you to experience and others to appreciate.
“But, Rick & Peggy” (we here you ask) “what if I only have a secret Bonzo the Dancing Bear hidden deep inside of me?” Well my friends, the joy and wonder that you will experience upon his or her release will be no less authentic and no less enjoyable for all of that nor any the less appreciated by others. Every Bonzo deserves happiness, too.
So do yourself a favor; take a dance class now (or Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday &/or Friday/Saturday . . . or as often as possible!).
Be seeing you (in class).
