Ballroom Newsletter,Siskiyou County & Northern California – July 30th 2018



Dear All,

What?  TWO Boleros this week?  Well sir/ma’am (not to be mistaken for “simoom”, which is a hot desert wind laden with sand), since Bolero is the Tuesday dance for July and also the Wednesday dance for August, and since Tuesday is the last day of June and Wednesday is the first day of August, the logic, while still remaining impeccable, seems to fall out just a tiny bit illogical.  Nothing to approach the Vulcan High Command about, but still a little disconcerting.  But great news for Bolero lovers (like us)!

For those of you who have been waiting with bated breath (not to be mistaken for “baited” breath, which is what you get when you eat worms) for the COS Ballroom Dance class to begin again, the good news is that it is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, August 28th and is fully authorized to proceed as scheduled.  The bad news is that the catalog descriptions have not yet been added to the catalog so enrollment may not yet be commenced.  We will let you know as soon as we are informed when that will be.  We will teaching Waltz.

In the meantime, come to our regular classes (as listed below).

 Be seeing you.
