Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California -August 20th 2018
Dear All,
As August commences to begin to get started to draw to a close, and the last frenzied efforts to squeeze in as much vacation as possible in the last few days of Summer vacation, don’t forget the grandest break of all from stale routine: dancing!
Dancing is the vacation that happens all year long (one hour at a time). If you want to increase your vacation-to-work ratio in favor of vacation, take more dance classes! If you take one a week, that works out to 52 hours a year, or 2.16 extra days of vacation. If you take two classes a week, that works out to 104 hours a year, or 4.33 extra days of vacation a year.
And if you take all the classes we have to offer in Mt. Shasta, it works out to 260 hours a year or 10.83 whole days of additional vacation time! That’s another two weeks of vacation in any given year!!
So, however much extra vacation you want, that’s how many classes you get to take!!! Win-win-win-win-win!!!!
And, unlike regular vacations, at the end of your dance vacation, you will know how to dance!!!!! Just one more service we happily provide the workaholic environment that is Mt. Shasta (and its out-lying districts). So join us and we will serve you to the best of our ability (which will be more than enough to get those toes twinkling).
And just in case the cat ran over your computer keyboard and accidentally (or on purpose, cats being cats) erased the COS information for our upcoming class that will be starting next week, here is the registration information for our class in Yreka:
7370 – XFW 0310-01, Tuesdays, 8/28/2018 -10/2/2018, 6:30pm -8:30 pm at the Yreka campus (2001 Campus Drive) in room 7.
You can also sign up in class on the first day of class. Just show up and we will gladly enroll you.
Be seeing you.
