Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – September 24th 2018
Dear All,
Another week and another chance to catch the Bolero class in Fort Jones. Due to a series of conflicting events several people had to miss the previous class, so the class being held this coming Friday will be the first class for many of those who had to miss last time.
That means the rest of you can get in on the action on the ground level as well. We can heartily/enthusiastically endorse/recommend the Bolero as one of the most fun/enjoyable dances/terpsichorean-activities you will encounter/run-into and would vigorously/earnestly exhort/encourage you all to show up/attend and have the time of your lives. ‘nuff said/and that’s all I’m going to say about that.
The Wednesday night Swing class is going full bore (unlike Rick and his jokes, which many consider to be a partial bore) but still very basic as well, so one can still join in and catch up quickly.
Not to leave out the Thursday night Bolero class, which is pretty advanced at this stage if you haven’t had some training in Bolero already. It would be fun to watch, though, and if any of you would like to see just how much fun the Bolero can become, drop in and get an eyeful. You won’t regret it.
Finally, to reiterate: don’t forget that starting October 9th, we have a Salsa class starting up at COS in Yreka. The Salsa is a very popular dance and between here and Medford, there are probably more Salsa dance opportunities than any other dance. Which means more chances to dance socially.
There is still lots of room for you in that class. The enrollment particulars are (as presented in last week’s email):
Course number 7371 – XFW 0311-01, Tuesdays, 10/2/2018 -11/13/2018, 6:30pm -8:30 pm at the Yreka campus (2001 Campus Drive) in room 7.
The enrollment not-too-particulars are (as also presented in last week’s e-mail): show up on the first day of class and sign up then. Either way, we look forward to having you join us.
Be seeing you (in class{es}).
