Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – January 23rd 2023

Dear All,

 

This week the weather shall not prevail and we will have the first full week of classes for 2023.  We are sorry that we have been unable to further the Samba class as far as we would have liked, but this Wednesday’s last Samba class will still be a good refresher/reminder class to lodge the Samba dance figures firmly in everyone’s minds for all future dance opportunities.

Speaking of future dance opportunities, we have mentioned (somewhere or other) that we have been considering dance parties on the 4th Friday of each month.  Alas, that is not going to happen this coming 4th Friday (1/27/2023) due to a variety of reasons.  Keep your eye out for future 4th Fridays.

Other than that, we look forward to seeing you in classes this week, so please join us and refresh your Samba memories on Wednesday (and you really don’t want to miss the funnest of the fun figure we are going to introduce in Thursday’s Quickstep class!), because future dance opportunities are in the works.
