Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County &Northern California – November 21st 2023
Dear All,
Two new things: first off, since Mt. Fitness will be closed this Thursday for Thanksgiving, we will not be able to hold class that day. There will be one more Foxtrot class this month because next Thursday is still in November, so you will all get the chance to polish last weeks steps and learn something new besides! So, enjoy your day off secure in the knowledge that you will have a whole week to work off the extra weight gained on that one day before you have to trot your svelte selves back to class.
We will be holding the Wednesday night Bolero class as usual this week, so be sure to come and build up some “slim credits” before the fact (of Thanksgiving day). Not only will we review last week’s really fun new steps, but we will be adding some more really fun new steps. And there will still be one more day next week for even more really fun new steps! Opportunity abounds . . . don’t miss it!
And, second off, speaking of really fun, we will be holding a Christmas party (Practice Party, that is, open to newbies and oldbies alike!) in December (December 15th, to be precise). We will have more information for you next week, once all the details are hashed out.
So come to class this week and next week (and the first couple of weeks in December) to get more steps under your belts (or under your shoelaces and/or shoe buckles) so that more fun can be had at the Christmas Practice Party.
