Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – June 18th 2024
Dear All,
We had a plethora of newbies last Wednesday in the Waltz class, and everyone (even the oldbies) had a good time. We look forward to seeing everyone again this week and encourage one and all to join us. It will be the last day of Spring and your chance to Waltz out of one season (Spring) and into another (Summer).
That makes Thursday’s Swing/Jive class the first class of Summer, and where better to spend it than in a nice, air-conditioned room? We’ll be there and look forward to seeing you there as well. The class has turned out to be fast-paced and we anticipate everyone enjoying the challenge as much as enjoying having new steps under your belts (or, rather, under your shoelaces or shoe-buckles).
Join us for the turning of the seasons and for the transition from days growing longer to days growing shorter (albeit by only seconds-a-day, at first). And mostly join us to further your training in the magical world of dancing (becoming an abracadancer!).
