Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County – July 8th 2014

Dear Dancer,

Our Youth Dance Camp Starts Next Monday!

Youth Dance Camp Info: It will be held mornings from July 14th – July 18th, at 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. It is sponsored by the Mt. Shasta Parks and Recreation District and the entire workshop will only cost $50 for the entire week . If you know of any young people (Elementary School through High School -including those who have just graduated) who might be interested, let them know. Or if you wanted to sponsor a youth yourself, that would be wonderful, too.

If you haven’t signed up in advance, just come to the first day of classes. There are still some slots open. Same day registration will start at 9:45 am. If you have a child (or sibling) that is a little older than high school, please let them know that they would be welcome as well.

If your schedule doesn’t allow you to come every day, you can always drop in on the day or days that you can make it. Day passes are $12 for the day. We are looking forward to seeing you there.

Also this weekend: For adults and kids, there will be a lesson in Bolero and Open Dancing at the Beautiful McCloud Dance Hall in McCloud (104 Pine Street) Saturday July 12th, 7:00-10:00 pm. Don’t miss this fabulous opportunity to dance in the indoor version of the wide open spaces.
