Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County – September 2nd 2014
Dear All,
September is when our beginning Ballroom class (Tuesdays) starts at the very beginning with the easiest-to-learn, least complex dance (American Style Foxtrot) and then, month by month we will work through all the dances, moving on to the next-to-easiest-to-learn (Rumba) in October and so on throughout the “school year” (until next September).
This program will train you to have the ability to dance all of the major dances (and a few of the rogue dances) in the span of one short year. And after having learned the easier dances first, the more difficult ones will become the new “easy dances” for you (or, in other words, Difficult will be the new Easy -but only after you have done the old Easy).
If you are only interested in a specific dance or two, take the series up until you reach your dance and you will be surprised (if not shocked) at how much more quickly you will pick up the steps of your target dance and learn even more steps than you would be able to by only attending the month of that dance!
Perfect for beginners, perfect for those of you who have had these dances but would like to strengthen your skills and become even more adept at one of the greatest social skills of all time, dancing with a partner.
And the social benefits, health benefits, personal development benefits along with many other types of benefits are too numerous to mention in a short newsletter, so come join us, join the fun and find out for yourselves.
Those of you who are beginners who absolutely can’t make it on Tuesday nights, our Wednesday and Thursday night classes ALWAYS start with the basics and we will advance you at your own best pace.
Feel free to call us if you have any questions (number below).
Be Seeing You.
