Ballroom Newsletter, Siskiyou County & Northern California – March 29th 2016
Dear All,
Those of you who have been paying attention (you know who you are) may have noticed that we have changed next month’s beginning dance class from Foxtrot to Beginning Salsa.
How can this be (you must be asking yourselves) since we are just this month finishing advanced Salsa on Thursdays? It should be another 10 to 2 months before Salsa works its way around again. What gives?
Well, we have had a sharp upsurge of interest in Salsa in the beginning class (not, perhaps, coincidental to a corresponding upsurge in new students -but probably) and we have graciously acquiesced to the consensus.
Please note that in May, the Salsa will (as if by magic) transmute itself into Samba (for the Wednesday class) from whence it will continue to the advanced class (Thursdays) in June. That way the advanced dancers will get a chance to work on one of the most vivacious, vibrant and vaerobic (alright, alright . . .so aerobic doesn’t start with a “v” . . . sue me for being alliterative) of all the dances.
Something for everyone.
See You There.
